Startup and early stage businesses are encouraged to submit their opportunities. Every business will be give an equal opportunity to be heard. We know very well that some of the best companies in the world have not been built yet. However, we can only bring people to the water; we can't force them to drink it. If you want to be taken seriously, you must submit complete and detailed information. You must have a plan, even if it is a simple one.
In Start-Up / Early Stage businesses, we especially like to see deals where there are at least two of the following:
1) A vested interest by management;
2) Proprietary content, products, or technology;
3) Industry experience;
4) Real assets;
5) Hot talent attached to the project;
6) Early signs of success (i.e. cash flow).
If you don't have at least two of these qualities, you may just need some time to work on it. You are probably not ready to put your business in front of serious investors. Come back when you are ready.
Note: If you are talent looking to fund an adult production or other related venture do not use this area. Please register your opportunity in the talent area first.
YOUR CONFIDENTIALITY IS IMPORTANT. You can control which information is displayed in your public profile (i.e. your executive summary), and which information is kept private (i.e. your full business plan and offering circular). We allow you to control the distribution of your confidential information. Our system allows you to select the investors you would like to send your executive summary to. Investors who have seen your executvie summary can request additional due dilligence (i.e. access to your full business plan) with the simple click of a mouse, and then you can determine just how much information is distributed to the specific investors that you approve.
